"it's your choice if anda wanna go back on drugs" I believe that when she berkata this at the end of 'help me', she was going to tell him that she loved him and that she wanted to be with him even if he did take the vicodin. Her mind was made up and she didn't care about the drugs. HOW CAN SHE BREAK UP WITH HIM FOR RELAPSING?!?!
