I'm still thinking that the Snow Queen is Will's sister Penny, my theory is that when she fell through the ice, she got transported to Narnia, becoming the white queen. There she tried to find a loving family, because she didn't have any memories of her past. Well, we all know that the white Queen got defeated sejak the Pevensies and maybe just maybe Hans's family found a way to Narnia, finding this urn. They thought it would inprisn Elsa.
